Speaking about the plot, it’s very similar to the number of archeology-themed ispy titles. You’re to follow Mike and Isabel, main characters of the game, to 18 search locations. The final point is to help Mike find his father by deciphering secret codes and finding hidden objects.
So, on hidden object levels, the point is to find all the listed objects scattered around a location. But here’s the clever trick developers played with us, players: if you’re asked to find several fans, be sure, that one of them will be a lady’s fan hanging on the wall, the other one is surely to be an electric appliance that cools down the air in a room. So, be sure to recall every meaning of the word if you’re asked to find seemingly the same object for several times.
Another absolutely original puzzle type that you’re to tackle your brain with will be aimed at deciphering secret code. In a puzzle, where every object corresponds to a word, you’re to uncover the secret code and find the real meaning of the objects.
This is a really absorbing game, but IMHO, not the best hidden object title. Four glamorous stars to the NightShift Code.
