This is a pretty dynamic game featuring nice 3D graphics simulating a working day of Travel Agency. You’ll be controlling the boss, and directing the work of employees. The point is to earn the expected revenue on each level.
The game gets more dynamic and addicting with time – when the tasks are getting more complicated, you’re to multitask between serving customers and keeping an eye on your workers and have to think of your steps in advance.
So, let’s speak of your job list and share some tips and tricks:
1. Your primary function is to run a travel agency, serve the customers, and prepare the tours for them on demand. First, you’re going to start with relax and cultural study tours. But level by level you’re going to expand your offer with discounts, flight tickets, tours to Europe etc.
2. When a customer decided on a tour type, take a paper and bring them to the table of the employee responsible for handling this type of tour. Wait until an employee finishes the paperwork. If required, bring the paper to the discount table or add a flight ticket to it. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take care of two tours at the same time. But you can change the tours by giving blank papers to the employee and getting the ready tour from them when they’re done.
3. Tip: always keep the girls responsible for relax and cultural study tours busy. When they’re finished with a tour, go to the table with blank papers and bring them to the girls. Thus, you’ll secure extra tours ready for your next customers, which will speed up the process significantly.
3. Keep in mind each customer type has a different patience level. Like, students are very impatient while they cannot pay a lot for the tour. Grown-up customers are more patient and can be less demanding. So, you’ll have to work out a personal approach for each customer. On the further levels, you’ll be able to serve coffee to customers to raise their patience level.
4. At the same time, as a boss you’ll have to keep an eye on your employees. Some of them may want to fall asleep in the middle of the business day. Click on them to give them a reprimand. But you’ll have to watch the stamina level of each of your worker displayed as a bar over the worker’s head. You can raise their stamina by giving them a bonus.
When you upgrade your office with a bar, be sure to watch that your workers not leave their working place in the middle of the day. So, when you see a coffee cup icon above the head of your employees, click on him/her to give them a reprimand.
5. As you succeed and earn enough points for upgrade, your office will be upgraded with conditioner, which may get broken from time to time. Call a repairman and click on the conditioner to fix it.
So, finding a balanced strategy in treating your employees and always pleasing your customers is the basic ingredient of successful business – both in life and this game.
