1. First of all, you need to choose the city district(s) to work on a level. When choosing a district, check its demand for flowers and most popular flower type if it is displayed.

2. Go to your stock and replenish it. Set a price for your flowers. I recommend using the default sales price and not boosting it, since it will make customers angry.

3. You know that marketing rules the business. So, set your expenses for promotion. Be sure not to spend too much since if the promotion expenses exceed your earnings you will go bankrupt and will have to start all over again.

4. Click Start level. You’ll see the video of the day.You’re going to see your flower stand and customers near it. You can see people’s reaction, but you cannot affect the way things go, just like in Fairy Godmother Tycoon. Observe customers and their reaction carefully. If they don’t find the flower type they want, it’s time for you to change your assortment. If they don’t like the price, it’s about time to cut it down. If they get impatient and leave, think of buying something to speed up your service like a calculator or a cash register.

5. You can also soothe customers by buying a radio or a stereo-center. It helped me significantly boost my sales.

6. At the end of day you’ll learn your business stats and read news. Be sure to read it carefully, since it can contain useful information.

Speaking about the game genre it is a real estate business simulation that combines elements of sim and tycoon game. But for those who get absorbed and play several levels, it turns out to be an eye-catching challenge.

In Build-a-lot 2: Town of the Year, your main tasks are:

1). playing on real estate market (buying and selling lots and houses);

2). constructing, upgrading, demolishing and repairing buildings;

3). increasing your rent rate and earning money from renting the real estate you’ve constructed.

4). increasing the appeal rate of your real estate by painting the buildings (new feature!)

5). voting for the towns you’ve worked in at a Town of the Year Contest.

3. To increase the rent value of your house, upgrade it. Each house can be upgraded up to three times. Upgrading a house increases its sales price.

4. To increase appeal rate of a house, paint it. Make sure every house you build is painted.

5. Be quick in repairing damaged houses. If the house is damaged, it doesn’t bring you any rent.

6. Once in a while you’ll receive letters that contain bank checks or useful tips. Be sure to click on envelops that appear on the houses you own.

7. Build the play parks and other sorts of places that increase appeal rate of the neighboring houses between two houses. Thus, you’ll increase the appeal rate of each of the house by 5 points. And, try to keep the buildings like workshops and recycle factories in remote areas of the town.

8. When buying a house, please mind it only makes sense to haggle if two more houses are on sale at the same time. If not, your offer will not be accepted.

9. Construct coffee shop once you have a blueprint for it since it will become the source of regular income for you.

10. Sometimes it’s reasonable to demolish the cheap house you have from the beginning of level and construct something more expensive and posh on its place. Thus, you’ll earn extra rent.

But this time, you’re going to enroll and study at cooking academy and master all kinds of dishes starting with appetizers and up to substantial dinner meals and desserts. Every time you successfully complete a number of tasks and prepare a number of AAA dishes you will be given a higher rank.

So, cooking process is pretty similar to that of Hot Dish:

1. As a rule, first you’ll have to chop meat or veggies with your mouse by simulating usual moves that you perform with a knife:

2. Then, you’ll have to mix the ingredients in particular order following the visual clues on the right.

5. Mashing can seem pretty difficult as well. Be sure to click on the slice of the food when a shadow appears over it. No need to click randomly. Just wait for a shadow to appear on the slice and click on it.

6. When boiling something, you’ll be asked to add more ingredients at the very specific moment - when the ingredient or task crosses the border. Be sure not to make it earlier.

7. Once everything is mixed, stirred, mashed and fried, it’s time to arrange it all on a plate. That’s the most creative part of work.
